Welcome to Find-2-Day. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Find-2-Day mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Find-2-Day connects users with local businesses, events, and activities. We act only as an intermediary and do not provide services directly.
Users must be at least 16 years old. Users under 16 require parental consent. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account security.
General users have free access and only provide an email address. Business users require approval and can create listings and access analytics.
Eligible businesses may receive a promotional 12-month free listing period (the "Founding Business Offer"). During this period:
Find-2-Day reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Founding Business Offer for future signups at any time. Existing accepted founder listings will retain their agreed promotional period in full.
After the promotional period ends, businesses may optionally subscribe to a paid plan to continue listing on Find-2-Day and access additional features. Paid plans are charged upfront via Stripe and the subscription is activated as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

Payments are processed via Stripe. No automatic refunds are guaranteed.
This section applies only to paid services purchased through Find-2-Day — namely paid subscription plans, paid feature upgrades, and paid boost / promotion services. It does not apply to the Founding Business Offer, free listings, or any other free service: those do not involve any payment and are not subject to a statutory cooling-off period.
Where a paid service applies, it is a digital service supplied immediately upon payment. In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Spain by Art. 103.m of the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), the business user expressly acknowledges that the paid service begins immediately upon confirmation of payment and expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is collected via a mandatory checkbox during checkout and is a prerequisite for the paid service to start.
Consequently, once a paid listing or paid upgrade has gone live, the business user is not entitled to a statutory cooling-off refund. Cancellations stop future renewals but do not generate automatic refunds for the current period.
Notwithstanding the express waiver above, Find-2-Day will issue a refund in the following exceptional cases:
All other refund requests are handled at the sole and absolute discretion of Find-2-Day on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be sent to support@find-2-day.com with the original Stripe receipt and a written explanation; we aim to respond within 5 working days.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact support@find-2-day.com first. Most billing issues — including refund requests covered by this section — can be resolved directly within a few working days, while a chargeback can take 60-90 days and may suspend your account during the dispute window.
For the purposes of sections 4.1 and 4.2, a paid digital service is considered fully delivered the moment the related paid feature (such as a paid plan listing or a paid boost) is publicly accessible. The exact timestamp at which the paid feature is published is logged on the server (`listingPublishedAt` / `boostActivatedAt`) and is available as evidence in the event of a refund or chargeback dispute. Free Founding Business listings are not paid services and do not trigger this clause.
Users must provide accurate information, follow laws, and not post illegal or misleading content.
Businesses must provide accurate information, honour offers, and comply with all regulations.
Find-2-Day is not responsible for business services, transactions, disputes, or listing accuracy. All agreements are between users and businesses.
To help local users discover businesses in their area, some Find-2-Day listings are initially created from publicly-available business information (e.g. directories, official registers). These listings are clearly marked on the site and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, verification, or owner approval. Business owners may at any time claim their listing, suggest edits, or request its removal using the "Request edit or removal" link on the listing page or by emailing support@find-2-day.com. Removal requests are actioned within 5 working days.
The app belongs to Find-2-Day. Businesses retain ownership of their content.
We may review, remove, or suspend accounts or content at our discretion.
We use cookies for functionality and performance. Consent is required where applicable.
We comply with GDPR and Spanish data protection laws.
Users may delete their account at any time. We may suspend accounts if needed.
Data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Disputes must first be resolved between users and businesses. Spanish law applies.
Find-2-Day is not liable for indirect damages or third-party interactions.
The For Sale section allows any user to post items for sale without requiring an account or subscription. Listings are managed via a unique private link (edit token) sent to the seller's email. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Contact details (name, email, phone) are displayed publicly. Listings automatically expire after 30 days. Sellers may set their listing status to Available, Pending Collection, or Sold. Sold listings are hidden from public view and automatically removed after 3 days. Find-2-Day is not a party to any sale transaction and bears no responsibility for the quality, safety, or delivery of items listed.
The Lost & Found section allows users to post lost or found items to help their community. No account is required. Posts are managed via a private edit link sent by email. Contact details are displayed publicly. Posts expire after 30 days. Users can mark items as Resolved when returned or found. Resolved items are removed after 3 days. Find-2-Day does not verify the ownership of lost items and is not responsible for disputes between parties.
Users may opt into email notifications for followed businesses (events and offers) and saved search alerts for classified listings. Saved searches store an email address, search keyword, and optional category. Email notifications are sent when matching items are posted. Users can unsubscribe at any time via an unsubscribe link in each email. We do not send marketing emails.
The "Nearest Me" feature requests your browser location to sort businesses by distance. This is entirely optional and requires your explicit permission. Your location coordinates are sent to our server only for the purpose of calculating distances and are not stored, logged, or shared. If you deny permission, you can still browse all content normally.
Users may upload photos for classified listings, lost & found posts, and business profiles. Photos are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase). By uploading photos, you confirm you have the right to share them. We may remove photos that violate our content policy. Maximum 6 photos per classified or lost & found listing.
Find-2-Day is available in English, Spanish, German, Dutch, French, and Arabic. In case of discrepancy between translations, the English version prevails.
